This image has a great use of subdued color and the anatomy is spot on. Strong use of texture and form and while I'm not a big fan of symmetrical compositions typically I cannot deny the effectiveness of it in this case. We cannot escape the Succubus here as she consumes the page. Overall, good job. For the most part you've managed to capture the vaguely creepiness of the demon and since I cannot see any real technical flaws my critiques on improvement stem from the conceptual side of the image.
1. The form seems a bit... less voluptuous than I would expect for a Succubus. This is primarily a matter of preference as in legend each succubus' appearance was sort of tailored to the male they were attempting to entice but her hips seem just a bit thin to me to be seductive and it's blurring the line between male and female to me. I'm aware it's within proportion realistically but the great thing about illustrations is the ability to stretch reality a bit for your own whims.
2. The gaze. The succubus is a seductive and alluring creature of myth but she's also dangerous and predatory. Her gaze looking down kind of kills something in that. Here she becomes and object for us to look upon, not a dark creature challenging and enticing the viewer. If she were looking directly back at the viewer it might make an already strong image resonate with some more power so I'm curious as to what prompted the decision to keep the gaze downcast.
